The Ashland Community and Technical College (ACTC) cosmetology program was operating in an aging facility and desired to relocate the program to an upgraded location.

Ann Arbor Modular Campus
Ann Arbor Public Schools is a fast growing school district with the largest growth currently in their K-5 grades. The district was in need to quickly add space at 4 of their sites for the 2017-2018 school year.

School Construction Swing Space
The proposed solution to this challenge was to use modular buildings for the Technical Arts spaces. IMS provided two 7-plex building to allow for large footprint classrooms to appear as one large room for offices studios, labs and shop areas.

Minot School District
The District, working cooperatively with FEMA, turned to Kraus Anderson Construction Company (KA) of Minneapolis, Minnesota to assist with flood recovery efforts, both temporary and long-term.

Temporary Modular Campus
In June of 2016, a disastrous flood hit the county of Kanawha; Elkview, West Virginia and surrounding areas. The flooding was a result of massive rains, falling more than 10 inches in a 24 hour period.
